FF&E Procurement
Our procurement services are an integral part of our Interior Design offering. Throughout the process, we handle the purchasing, coordination, and tracking of all furnishings and fixtures for your home. We manage logistics, existing furniture, receivership, and storage as needed, and ensure that every item is delivered and installed in alignment with your construction schedule—maintaining a seamless and well-sequenced workflow from start to finish.
Project Management
We provide comprehensive project management, serving as the primary liaison between the general contractor and all sub-trades to ensure a streamlined and efficient construction process. Our team prepares detailed specifications and construction documents, monitors project progress, and works to keep timelines on track. When challenges arise, we proactively problem-solve to maintain momentum and uphold the integrity of the design.
